Om någon inte är bekant med Kasseem så bör nämnas att han tillhör den där översta eliten med superproducenter tillsammans med Dr. Dre, Just Blaze, Timbaland, The Neptunes och han har i princip producerat låtar till kända artister, levande eller döda. Förutom producent så kan även nämnas att Swizz även är konstnär, designer och undervisar på New Yorks universitet. Han blev först känd tillsammans med DMX och Ruff Ryders när han producerade klassikern "Ruff Ryders' Anthem" som katapulterade DMX till en av de bäst säljande rapparna någonsin. Swizz var då endast 17 år gammal.
